After many years in Miami's art fairs, Lelia Mordoch Gallery opened its first U.S. space during Art Basel in December of 2010.

The location of the new gallery was in an abandoned warehouse space. Considerable interior renovations were made in a record 2 months. These improvements included the updating of all MEP systems, complete renovation of bathrooms and kitchen, and substantial modifications to the architectural layout.

The project consists of three exhibition spaces, a projection room, a lounge, and two artist studio spaces. The main exhibition space is approximately 2,500 square feet with white walls fifteen feet tall and polished concrete floors. The existing parking area was converted into a garden which serves to showcase sculptural works and is a great event space during Miami's very popular Art Walk events.
